These curated learning events are designed to empower our members to learn about their hormonal and general health by engaging with clinical experts in a meaningful large group discussion. About Dr. Alisa Murli, ND 

Dr. Alisa Murli, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, certified pelvic floor therapist, and certified birth doula. After earning an Honours Bachelor of Science from McMaster University, she completed her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Murli is dedicated to supporting women through every stage of life, with extensive experience treating conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, PMDD, and more. She believes that healthcare rooted in compassion, connection, and trust is essential to helping her patients achieve their health goals. 

 

 About Shawna Kaminski 

Shawna Kaminski has been a fitness professional in the industry for over 40 years. She has a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Bachelor of Education and too many certifications to count. She is a teacher at heart, having taught school for 20 years prior to becoming a health coach full time. 

  

She’s owned a small group training studio for 5 years, then increased her reach to help more women with multiple fitness boot camps for the next 17 years. She started coaching fitness online in 2010 and currently she coaches both fitness and habit based nutrition online, specializing in menopausal women.  

  

In addition, she helps other fitness coaches extend their reach with her practical, actionable advice.
